Well I must admit, even though I didn’t do all that much, this first week was hard. Running is particularly challenging at the moment. On the one hand I’m really unfit and my body is finding it hard. On the other hand, my bum is still painful (piriformis) so I’m trying to find the best way of not aggravating it while clawing back some fitness. Interesting challenge! But hey, this first week is done and it’s a step in the right direction. Let’s now keep it up and not aggravate my injury.

Walk: 2.3km

Walk: 3km

Run to the shops along the coast and walk back.
